Recruitment policy

In order for you to have the opportunity to bring in domestic workers inside the Kingdom, the following controls must be observed, which were approved by the government in accordance with the Saudi constitution, in order to guarantee both the worker and the employer their rights and duties

 

DUTIES OF THE EMPLOYER

  •  agreed work
  • The agreed fee
  • Deduction from wages
  • The employer is obligated to provide suitable accommodation for the domestic worke

EMPLOYER RIGHTS

  • Domestic service worker experience
  • Contracting
  • Termination of the contract during the trial period without any responsibility for it
  • Upon expiration or termination of the contract for an illegal reason
  • When the contract ends with the death of one of the parties
  • When the domestic worker is absent
